You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged upon return.

Damage and problems

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current item and reorder the desired item separately once your return is accepted.

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
